The library contains the following collections (subjects are in brackets)
Royal College of Midwives Library Collection
The library covers midwifery and maternity services. It holds Midwives Journal and its predecessors from late 19th century, also old midwifery textbooks providing evidence of contemporary practice, and a collection of midwifery dissertations submitted to UK universities. there are approx 7200 books and reports and 50 journals. Access is provided to the National Electronic Library for Health database and journals, also the MIDIRS Enquiry Service (bibliographic database).,
